Now I can catch up on everything that has needed to be done around the house for the last few months. It seemed like hunting season was very long and a lot more work this year. I think between guideing and taking care of Taylor and the work of tending all of the hunters wore me out. It was a fun year though and we all made it.
Taylor is sitting up really good, and just starting to crawl a few little tiny crawls. She gets frustrated when she gets up on her hands and knees and cant go anywhere. But I know it wont be long now. No teeth yet :)
Black Friday came and went, and it was so much fun. At the last minute, Me, Jaime, and Larae, decided to go black Friday shopping in Phoenix, and leave at 2:30 in the morning. (CRAZY GIRLS) We had a lot of fun. We almost didnt make it home with the things we bought. We ran out of room in the Tahoe, and had to strap a T.V. to the hood. From the looks we were getting in Mesa I dont think the people down there had ever seen many rednecks. After a ong day of shopping we got home around 10:00 that night. I think next year we are going to leave a day earlier and get a room, and mabe take a TRAILER. But to sum the day up it was so much fun. Thanks Jaime and Larae for being the best sister-in-laws!
We went to go get a christmas tree after church the other day. Boyd and Jaime, and Kason, Hadley, and Hayes went with us. It was snowing and the mountains were really pretty. It got me in the christmas spirit fast. After looking at a lot of different trees, I think it was so cold Jaime and I were ready to get any tree so we could get back in the pickup and warm up. The men got them cut down and we headed home to watch the Cardnals play and eat taco salad. It was a fun afternoon spent with family.
I am having so much fun decorating the house for Christmas. Taylor loves the christmas tree lights, and the little singing toys. Christams just got funner with a little girl in our house. I am so blessed to have such a beautiful little angel. I love her more than anything in this world.
Oh I am so glad you had so much fun. I have done Black Friday before. Cousin Gwen did Black Friday and then brought over her Cricket that she bought and I taught her how to use it since I already have one. We had fun but doesn't sound as much fun ad you guys. You should have called us and we could have come hung out, I had Grandma too.
ReplyDeleteYour Mom and Dad spent the night and we took them to the airport. They seemed excited to go fish, even your Mom seemed really excited to go. I felt bad because she didn't feel so good but Don gave her some medicine he had been taking that really helped him and she seemed to think it helped her eye right away. I hope so so that she wouldn't be sick for the trip and she could have a good time and not be sick all of it. Was great to get to see them. You all know you are welcome anytime, I do have a queen size bed downstairs now where someone could stay and we might be able to conger up another spot. You girls really impress me with all you do your canning, taking such good care of your children, working, and just the whole bit. Just want you to know we are all getting old but we LOVE all of you. I didn't know you guys did Black Friday!! Now that's some seriously dedicated shoppers! You must have been exhausted by the time you got home! But I hear it's worth it :)
